PT Global Internet Solusindo ("GISNET") respects the privacy of its customers and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with Law Number 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi, Indonesia's personal data protection law).

1. Data We Collect

Identity data: name, KTP/NIK number (Indonesian identity card / national identity number), and signature on the subscription contract.
Contact data: phone/WhatsApp number, email address.
Service location data: installation address and location coordinates, as well as photos of the location/equipment taken during installation.
Billing and payment data: invoice history, payment status and method, and proof of payment.
Technical service data: connection account, IP address, device status (modem/ONT), and usage statistics required to operate the service.

2. Use of Data

Customer data is used only to:

Process registration, installation, and activation of the service;
Issue invoices, process payments, and send proof of payment;
Send service notifications (invoices, due date reminders, disruptions, and network maintenance) via WhatsApp or email;
Handle disruption reports and customer requests;
Maintain network security and comply with legal obligations and telecommunications regulations.

3. Sharing Data with Third Parties

GISNET does not sell or rent customers' personal data. Data is shared only on a limited basis with:

Payment service providers (payment gateways and banks) to process online payments, for example the name, invoice number, and amount;
Messaging service providers to send WhatsApp notifications to customers;
Government agencies or law enforcement authorities where required by laws and regulations.

GISNET does not store customers' card data or bank account PINs; such data is processed directly by the payment provider.

The gis.net.id website and the pay.gis.net.id payment page use Google Analytics to compile aggregate visit statistics (for example the number of visitors and the most frequently viewed pages). Google Analytics uses cookies, and we do not send it customers' names, phone numbers, invoice numbers, or form contents. Visitors can refuse cookies through their browser settings.

4. Data Security

Data is stored on servers managed by GISNET, with access restricted to authorized personnel according to their duties.
All payment pages and the customer portal use encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL).
Access to and changes of important data are recorded in the system activity log.

5. Data Retention

Customer data is retained for as long as the customer is subscribed and thereafter for as long as necessary for billing, bookkeeping, and legal obligations. Data that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized.

6. Customer Rights

Customers have the right to:

Access and request a copy of their personal data;
Request correction of data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
Request deletion of their data after unsubscribing, insofar as this does not conflict with legal obligations;
Stop receiving promotional messages at any time.
