3. Prefixes We Announce
- IPv4:
103.186.92.0/23(including103.186.92.0/24and103.186.93.0/24) - IPv6:
2401:f60::/32(announced as /36 blocks)
All of our prefixes are registered in the IRR and covered by valid RPKI ROAs for origin AS149697.
4. Peering Requirements
- A public ASN with an up-to-date PeeringDB record.
- Prefixes registered in an IRR (route/route6 objects or an AS-SET), preferably with valid RPKI ROAs.
- A reachable NOC contact for operational issues.
- Sessions over IPv4 and IPv6 where available. We may decline or end a session that leaks routes or harms network stability.
5. Routing Security (MANRS)
- Filtering: we only announce our own prefixes and do not announce bogon (private or unallocated) addresses.
- Anti-spoofing: traffic with forged source addresses is blocked at the edge of our network. This is tested every month with the CAIDA Spoofer project from two network segments.
- Coordination: our contact information is kept up to date in PeeringDB and the APNIC database.
- Global validation: routing information is published in the IRR and RPKI. Validation of received routes (RPKI ROV) is being prepared.
6. Tools and Contacts
- Looking Glass: lg.gis.net.id — check our routes and run ping/traceroute from our network.
- NOC (24/7): noc@gis.net.id — operational issues, route leaks, hijacks and abuse reports.
- Peering requests: admin@gis.net.id — please include your ASN, IX and IP addresses.
